It's a shopping day!

I've been grumbling that shopping in Singapore is really very SIANZ! YES! SUPER SIANZ! It's always Orchard Road... or else Bugis Junction.... and nothing else. I wanted to buy some footwear..... and it's always a flop! I can't get what I wanted.... or else the price will be so ex.... Arrrgggg.....

So yesterday after my lecture, along with Hui, Kaili and Emily, we went to Orchard to buy LOVE PSYCHEDELICO album....


I LLLOOOOVVVEEEE their songs!


Have to go all the way there, cos the small CD shop near my house did not sell their albums... blah!




Woo Hoo! I just like their music... so relaxing... and as you listen... you can sway with the music~


Heh... I also bought 2 blouses from G2000. Yea... the clothings from there aren't that cheap... but I got them cheaply. I wanted a pink blouse with special cuffs... and in it not buttoned at the cuff but a 'metal lock'. I found it cool and when choosing the 'interview suit' with my ex-colleague about 2 weeks ago, I agreed that it is really worth to buy. So few days back, I went back to Raffles branch G2000, it's sold out! Arrggg..... I was like... hmmm no fate to buy it. And it isn't cheap to buy it.... my ex-colleague bought it at $59, and now I bought it at $29.50. (Hey... 'ex-colleague, if you happen to read this, don't be heart broken...) Yes, so yesterday while shopping at Wisma branch G2000, I SAW IT! And it's having a promotion that you can purchase 2 blouses/ skirts or pants at $59. Wanted to get the blouse and a skirt/ pants... so that I will have a complete set. Too bad... the cutting and style doesn't suit me. Perhaps I'm just too short! So when I tried on the skirt and pants, it's seemed to be I just stole my Mum's clothings to wear. Rah...... so sad. I saw another blouse which is baby-blue in colour and I thought it would be nice to buy it as well, since now having sales and blouse at about 30 bucks should be reasonable. Bought the 2 blouses with no regrets.

Wanted to get a shimmered pink eyeshadow... so was looking around at TFS but the SA tried the colours on me but I do not find that it's what I want. Nearly being psychoed to buy the stick eyeshadow, luckily Hui gave me the signal... saying she knows that's not what I really want. Yea... thanks. And we went to SaSa. The SA claiming that she's pro tried colours on me... and I think hmmm... yea... quite nice. Especially she put the liquid eyeliner and makes my eyes looks bigger. So I bought it lor.... yea... waste money again. They were saying that Pink eyeshadow will make one's eyes look puffy. I think light pink would be nice. Think of it, I'm fair complexioned... so light pink wouldn't stand out, so what's the point of applying it then? Hmmm... yeah... so I bought a purplish one from PUPA. The SA is nice as she taught me how to apply it and also the eye liner.... I have not tried a liquid eye liner before, except once when I went for the make over. Yup... the effect is much better than the crayon type. I'll try practising how to use it... heez....


It's a shopping spree... and I guess I really spend alot... arrgg.... now school started and no income... I'm going to be dead meat.... must look around for temp part time job, though now I feel pretty enjoyable with my school lifestyle. Perhaps it because last 2 yrs Im giving tuitions so now I feel more free and most importantly I HAVE LIFE! Or else life would be again so lifeless.... NO LIFE!

I always like handmade cards... cos the card is filled with sincerity and the creativity of the giver.... while on the other hand it's also filled with gratitude and appreciation of the receiver. Nah... I'm not trying to be mushy here... but that's what I really think! I don't really see the importance of how much the present costs but I see the sincerity! I guess only matured people can understand what I mean. Hahaha....

I always keep those cards or small notes along the years... I guess ever since when I'm in Primary School. Can see that they turned yellowish... but the writings and feelings still exist! I guess, in few years time, no matter whether I will still be in Singapore or other countries... I'll certainly bring these over. At least I can take out and have a look when I have spare time. That would be good!

Time really flies... 1st week of school has ended. Another 1 to come. Time really passing that fast... I just hope to have great time in both school and life. Hoping for the BEST!
